It Takes a Fool to know a Fool

May 11, 2012

It takes a king who was a fool to know another ruler who is a fool. King Solomon had it all; he was the richest and the wisest king of his time, perhaps the richest ever, in so far as his kingdom was ruled by God and he had been placed at the right hand of God to rule over His people with whom He desired to covenant.

Surely, a wise man would have cherished such a blessing, but Solomon had a fatal flaw in his make-up; he could not resist the cults of the world. He did the one forbidden thing that God would not tolerate; he brought the cults into the land of Israel and went so far as to set up their altars to their pagan gods, right under the nose of the one true God of Israel. It was a stench in the nostrils of God, one so intolerable that Solomon, who had it all, lost it all.

He would lose his part in the throne of his father, David, the ruling throne of the coming kingdom. The establishment of this throne will usher in the New World Order of God when the Lord has completely destroyed the last of the empires of man, which will have culminated in a One World Order of ruler-ship under the very antichrist spirit of rebellion to God, which Solomon embraced, as did Adam and Eve before him.

So, perhaps, in his misery as he looked over his life, he wrote a book of advice to others who might choose to take the route he took on the broad road to destruction. In coming to the understanding of what a fool he had been, he wrote a book called Proverbs to warn the other would-be fools before it was too late, and they, too, might fall into the same trap with which Satan ensnared him.

The trap is one of religion and liberalism from God, both standing on a foundation of lies. You might say that ‘sex in the city’ was Solomon’s downfall, for he had 700 wives, princesses and 300 concubines; and his wives turned his heart away from God to other gods; and his heart was not loyal to the Lord God as was the heart of his father, David (see 1 Kings 11:3-4).

How far has the heart of Barack Hussein Obama been turned away from the hearts of the Founding Fathers of America as he chases after the Arab nations of the East and lusts for their gods? Is it not the gold of the rich and famous, as opposed to women, for which he lusts, with it all leading to the same place – a dwelling place for the fools of Proverbs among the tombs? Both he and his vice-president can’t resist opening their mouths only to flip-flop and fall flat on their faces as they trip, again and again, over their own feet.

If there ever was a message written from one fool of a ruler to another, it was that of Solomon in the writing of Proverbs, which points us straight to Obama. Though others contributed to the writing of Proverbs, along with Solomon, he takes the cake as perhaps one of the biggest fools in history. He set the pathway for the other fools of rulers who would lose sight of that glorious shining city on a hill, perhaps never to see it descend from the heavens above to the earth beneath.

In the words of the Preacher:

It is an abomination for kings to commit wickedness, for a throne is established by righteousness. Righteous lips are the delight of kings, and they love him who speaks what is right (Proverbs 16:12-13).

How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver (Proverbs 16:16).

A king who sits on the throne of judgment scatters all evil with his eyes (Proverbs 20:8).

A wise king sifts out the wicked, and brings the threshing wheel over them (Proverbs 20:26).

Mercy and truth preserve the king, and by lovingkindness he upholds his throne (Proverbs 20:28).

It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter (Proverbs 25:2).

Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne will be established in righteousness (Proverbs 25:5).

A ruler who lacks understanding is a great oppressor (Proverbs 28:16).

The king establishes the land by justice, but he who receives bribes overthrows it (Proverbs 29:4).

If a ruler pays attention to lies, all his servants become wicked (Proverbs 29:12).

The king who judges the poor with truth, his throne will be established forever (Proverbs 29:14).

Many seek the ruler’s favor, but justice for man comes from the Lord (Proverbs 29:26).

The locusts have no king, yet they all advance in ranks; the spider skillfully grasps with its hands, and it is in kings’ palaces (Proverbs 30:27-28).

It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, nor for princes intoxicating drink; lest they drink and forget the law, and pervert the justice of all the afflicted (Proverbs 31:4-5).

Like a thorn that goes into the hand of a drunkard is a proverb in the mouth of fools. The great God who formed all things gives the fool his hire and the transgressor his wages. As a dog returns to his own vomit, so a fool repeats his folly. Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him (Proverbs 26:9-12).

Now, wisdom speaks and has her say, Mr. Obama: As for him who lacks understanding, she says to him, “Come, eat of my bread and drink of the wine which I have mixed. Forsake foolishness and live, and go in the way of understanding (Proverbs 9:4-6).”

Do you not know Mr. Obama, what the Revelation of Jesus Christ has to say about sexual immorality? Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie (Revelation 22:14-15).

Obama, in coming out of the closet with respect to his opinions on homosexuality, may send shivers up and down the spines of his liberal lackeys, who are thrilled at his evolvement, which plunks him down firmly on the left, concerning this issue. In point of fact, was he not already there before his momentous endorsement of God’s marriage plan being given to the sexually immoral, which God sees as an abomination? Was it just the right moment politically to make his announcement, in hope of gaining ground for a sagging and greatly threatened campaign for re-election?

The pity of it all is, that in the long run, that which Obama and his lackeys believe to be wisdom, doesn’t amount to a hill of beans – whether or not they are the beliefs of his mentors, his teachers, his preachers or his czars; his vice-president, his attorney general, George Clooney or Bill Maher. In the end, it only matters what God thinks. Surely, Mr. Obama learned from that great well-spring of wisdom, his preacher-mentor, Jeremiah Wright, that God, as the Creator, made man from the dust, and as quickly as the time it takes to say ‘evolvement’, He can return him back to the same dust, whence he came.

In every man is born a beast, belonging to the gentile empires built by Satan. The beast must be killed spiritually so that man can leave Satan’s table, in order to eat at a new table of truth. Then he might join that great centurion, Cornelius of the Roman Empire, who found his way to the kingdom through the apostolic witness of the truth of God.
