Voice of the Kingfisher speaks out …from a different perspective

When the Lord God said “Let there be light” at creation, He was speaking spiritually. He was setting the conditions or foundational truth for all things being made good, with no evil in them. Cold is merely the result of lack of heat; likewise, darkness results from the lack of light, for light dispels the darkness, as does heat dispel the cold.
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth but, sadly, it had become without form and void. Spiritual darkness was on the face of the deep. The waters had become corrupted, but the Spirit of God was hovering over all and a spiritual explosion was about to take place. God was about to speak light into the darkness, dispelling it. There can be no victory in darkness once the voice of God goes into creative action.
Creation is His prerogative, and the mere sound of His voice can change the entire nature of the universe. Oh that the academic dummies could gain understanding from the book for dummies, called the Bible. But the sadness is that the darkness could never comprehend the light. And so the eyes of the soul remain in darkness.
Is it possible to be able to see the natural world around us and still be spiritually blind? Not only is it possible, but it is the norm for mankind, which is caught in the darkness of religion. No greater example of this exists than that of Saul, the Pharisee, who became Paul, the apostle. The Lord struck him with blindness at the moment he was confronted by the Light, on the road to Damascus. There is no question about it. He saw the same Light as that which God spoke into existence at creation. It was the spiritual, foundational light necessary for life.
As a religious man, as religious as one could be as a Pharisee of Pharisees, Saul was spiritually blind and without the light of life in him. He was dead in his sin in darkness and doomed to a condition God had separated at creation from His Garden where all things were created good. There was no religion to corrupt the good or to put out the light. The only spiritual water quencher from which the light will flee is that of the spiritual water surrounding evil. There is no place for light and its spiritual waters to coexist with darkness and its spiritual waters.
God will always separate that which He creates to be good from that which is evil. Then He gives man the choice to choose between light and darkness, good and evil, life and death. The trouble is the dummies have no eyes of the soul to see the difference between light and darkness, for they have only known darkness in their spiritual blindness.
Is there any excuse for spiritual blindness? Absolutely not! God gave to us His Word, which, as indicated by the Dead Sea Scrolls, He carefully preserved in all its perfection, over the centuries. We can either look to the guidelines of the book or ignore them.
He established, first, a nation and then His church to which He entrusted the dissemination of the truth of His guidelines to the world. Both nation and spiritual nation failed by embracing religion instead of truth – the nation, by embracing the gentile religious idols of the nations surrounding her, and the spiritual nation, by embracing the religious, institutional system of Christianity. The true apostolic church will not fail by becoming entangled with religion. The New Year will mark the time for a healed heart and a healed church against which the gates of Hades will not prevail.
The church must repent of her past sins and make straight the way for the Lord’s second coming. There will be a new burst of light at the sound of God’s voice heard in the complete darkness caused by the veil beginning to cover over the entire world. It is as a hijab, about to be forced upon mankind, just before the light appears to save God’s own from the evil state of things – the same darkness over which the Spirit of God was hovering at creation. God always knew the end from the beginning, as well as everything in between.
A new age is dawning and we must make straight the way at this, the dawn of a new year. The hearts of the children need to be returned to the Father if they are ever going to be able to make straight the way. The natural family is not complete in a feminist home that does not have a natural father present.
God established a marriage bed in which the husband shall leave his mother and father and cleave to his wife so that the two can become one. The cleaving is the missing ingredient today as Satan places the lure before men at every possible turn along the straight way. One will come to hate that lure in the day he finds himself lost and off the straight way to the kingdom.
Such a day is coming, and it is coming soon, when the Winnower of heaven begins the winnowing process. The grain will remain but the chaff will be blown away. How few have understood that the grain is stored in the Word of God as the truth and the bread of life! It has always been set before us, waiting to be eaten; yet, we chose to eat that which is not grain at all.
Oh, to have the eyes of the soul, so that we might comprehend the darkness and resist it!
At the Gate of the Year
I said to the man who stood at the gate of the year
‘Give me a light that I may tread safely into the unknown.’
And he replied,
‘Go into the darkness and put your hand into the hand of God
That shall be to you better than light and safer than a known way!’
So I went forth and finding the Hand of God
Trod gladly into the night
He led me towards the hills
And the breaking of day in the lone east.
So heart be still!
What need our human life to know
If God hath comprehension?
In all the dizzy strife of things
Both high and low,
God hideth his intention.”
