The Poster-Boys of Christianity

The balance of power between East and West is the balance between religion and truth. It is a balance between Satan’s forces and the power of God; for a spiritual battle is raging, and God is about to release His glory upon this world as a devouring fire. The world is teetering on the brink of change and He is going to bring fire from the midst of Satan to devour all who would not choose the way of God’s kingdom-living in peace by preferring the warring ways of the world.
“You defiled your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities, by the iniquity of your trading; therefore I brought fire from your midst; it devoured you, and I turned you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who saw you (Ezekiel 28:18).”
God was speaking about the fall of Lucifer as the anointed covering cherub who was cast from the heavens to earth to become known as Satan. This speaks of the judgment upon him and the sons of men who choose to follow in his footsteps rather than give glory to the living God. Has America given up the glory of God to follow in the footsteps of Satan only to become as brimstone beneath the feet of Jesus? Here is what is at the heart of the problem: “By the abundance of your trading you became filled with violence within, and you sinned (Ezekiel 28:16).”
America, by her trading with foreign, pagan nations, has allowed them to put us deeply into their debt. God gave us bounty in this land because of His presence, mercy and His truth as a blessing upon His nation. Did we give all the glory back to Him, or did we try to run with the blessing while, at the same time, embracing the religious idolatry of Secular Humanism? Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, and because of Your truth (Psalm 115:1). Where was our gratitude? Will not the eastern, religious/states of Satan ask now where our God is (see Psalm 115:2)?
What in the world have we done with the blessing? The Psalmist cries out, May the Lord give you increase more and more, you and your children. May you be blessed by the Lord, who made heaven and earth (Psalm 115:14-15). America was blessed beyond all nations, and we have responded by aborting our children, to the point we have become a nation on the edge of doing a disappearing act. Foreigners now will enter the land and replenish it with their children, while the America, which was under God and His truth, will become just another religious/state.
As we teeter in the balance, we have our Christian ‘poster-boys’ to thank for leading the sheep astray, to a place where they are now perched on the edge of a high cliff instead of being perched in the cleft of the rock. Who are these ‘poster-boys’ and our so-called, fine Christian leaders? To name but a few, they are Billy Graham, Rick Warren, Robert Schuller, the Pope and the Archbishop of Canterbury. They are all high-profiled, greatly revered, Christian leaders who are leading the multitudes of millions of people to become those sheep on the edge of the high cliff, teetering between life and death.
Let us take a close look at Billy Graham. Here is a man preaching salvation in the name of Jesus, while covered in a dark cloud of hypocrisy and compromise, at the same time. Records show him to be a 33rd degree Mason, a group, which takes secret vows in the name and worship of Lucifer. He has actively been promoting a coming one-world religion, which will be led by the Antichrist of our day, and has openly declared there are other ways to heaven than through Jesus. He is a respecter of religions and practices apostasy as he pushes for the ecumenicity of Christianity with Judaism and Islam. He is a friend of the Illuminati and of presidents of the United States, keeping the bond together. He cannot serve two masters, Satan and God, and most certainly God will not share His glory with any one.
Robert Schuller presents a similar picture as a member of the 33rd degree Masons who worship Lucifer while preaching Jesus. In an appearance on the Phil Donahue show in 1980, he tried to portray Jesus as an egotist. He said, “The cross sanctifies the ego trip. That’s very significant. In other words, Jesus had an ego. He said, ‘I, if I be lifted up, will draw all men to me.’ Wow! What an ego trip He was on (see page 45, Living for Christ in the End Times by Dr. David Reagan)!”
What incredible blasphemy! Schuller teaches a few principles that would curl the hair of believers. He says that at the essence of man’s problem, is low self-esteem. I believe the Bible calls it pride. He says that when Jesus referred in John 7:38 to ‘rivers of living water’ flowing out of believers, He was speaking of self-esteem. The next verse of John 7 tells us He was speaking of the Holy Spirit.
Then Schuller states that sin is anything, which robs us of our ‘divine dignity’. When did man become divine? And being born again, he says, means being changed from a negative to a positive self-image. Where does the Bible ever suggest being ‘born again’ is about acquiring a new self-image as a kind of psychological achievement? Need one say more about this modern-day humanist promoting the power of positive thinking, the corollary to Satan’s lure presented to Eve in the Garden, which led man to sin in the first place?
Mr. Reagan mentions a few other ‘poster-boys’ in his book as well, including Bill Phipps, who was known as Reverend Phipps, for whatever reason, when elected as moderator of the United Church of Canada in 1998. Now this ‘poster-boy’ denounced the fundamentals of his church’s statement of faith by denying the divinity of Jesus. He said that he just didn’t believe that Jesus was God (see page 46, Living for Christ in the End Times by Dr. David Reagan). Which one is the liar, the Reverend or Jesus? They both can’t be right.
And we have the Pope, an ordinary man like all others, except for his delusion that he possesses the inerrancy of Jesus Christ, Himself. This religious leader is leading the way to the unity of religions, placing all on equal footing where religions of all sorts are deemed worthy of the believer’s respect. The Bible shows no respect for religion of any sort. God forbids it in His first Commandment, and Jesus categorically states that He is the way, the truth and the life and that no man comes to the Father except through Him (see John 14:6). Is the Pope taking it upon himself to declare Jesus a liar as well?
Next, we must take a look at the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams, leader of one of the largest Protestant denominations in the world, who, after the Japanese earthquake and resulting tsunami declared that he had to question the existence of God. Is this where doctorates of theology lead our Christian ‘poster-boys’ as so-called believers? He has no problem whatsoever in supporting the pagan practices of Druidism. How can he serve a God in whom he does not believe, as well as join those who are into witchcraft and still hold the position of one of Christianity’s best known ‘poster-boys’?
And this brings us to Rick Warren and his ‘Purpose-driven church’, which is, in fact, an agenda-driven organization tied to the CFR, the Council on Foreign Relations, according to Joseph Farah of World Net Daily in a commentary entitled Megapastor Rick Warren’s Damascus Road Experience, published November 20, 2006. According to Farah, the CFR’s goal is to subvert Christianity, destroy American sovereignty, destroy traditional values, and deceive the masses into joining a one-world, New Age religion. There is complete lack of Biblical truth in this apostate ministry, which is bent on removing all visible crosses from the Christian institutions, in order to achieve that tolerance needed for the one-world mind-set of the Illuminists. This leads to John Hagee, another ‘poster-boy’ Illuminist who has stated publicly that Jews don’t need to be born again because they’re special, but such apostasy does not line up with what Jesus told Nicodemus.
How can America ever maintain its role as a nation under God, when the Christian leadership of such like-minded, apostate ‘poster-boys’ continues to drive it to the edge? Institutional churches suffer from a malaise of leadership, which ignores the words of Jesus to pay Caesar his dues, so they are not beholden to government-enforced silence on issues of such importance as the role of God in the nation.
The election in the United States this year is a critical one. Unless a voice for the truth of God in that land rises up from the grassroots to be heard strongly, then the nation shall surely teeter and drop over the edge. It is on the brink of a disaster symbolized by that of the Titanic and will go down as the Rock of our salvation strikes out against it. He is no ordinary Rock, nor is He a religious One, and He will not share His glory with another.
