The Source Waters of Purity

July 30, 2012

You would think a prophet had written these words of warning to America, but they do not come from the pen of a prophet.

“You are a nation that permits the production, trading and usage of intoxicants. You also permit drugs, and only forbid the trade of them, even though your nation is the largest consumer of them.

You are a nation that permits acts of immorality, and you consider them to be pillars of personal freedom. You have continued to sink down this abyss from level to level until incest has spread amongst you, in the face of which neither your sense of honour nor your laws object. Who can forget your President Clinton’s immoral acts committed in the official Oval office? After that you did not even bring him to account, other than that he ‘made a mistake’, after which everything passed with no punishment. Is there a worse kind of event for which your name will go down in history and remembered by nations?

You are a nation that permits gambling in all its forms. The companies practice this as well, resulting in the investments becoming active and the criminals becoming rich.

You are a nation that exploits women like consumer products or advertising tools calling upon customers to purchase them. You use women to serve passengers, visitors, and strangers to increase your profit margins. You then rant that you support the liberation of women.

You are a nation that practices the trade of sex in all its forms, directly and indirectly. Giant corporations and establishments are established on this, under the name of art, entertainment, tourism and freedom, and other deceptive names you attribute to it.”

The author of these words was Osama bin Laden; his words are like hard-driven nails in a cross. The President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, received political kudos for the death of this terrorist, yet, one has to ask if this same president would have the intestinal fortitude to refute such words when he, himself, has pushed for laws to legalize this very kind of immorality, which bin Laden describes here.

Then, there was another author, the words of whom I would like to bring to your attention:

The greater the purity and simplicity of a substance, the more extended is its usefulness. Nothing can be purer or simpler than water, and what a vast range of uses does it present on account of its fluidity! It is ready to receive all sorts of impressions with facility. Tasteless in itself, it may be infinitely varied in flavor; colorless, it becomes susceptible of every color in turn. Thus it is with the believer’s spirit and will, in a state of simplicity and purity; having neither flavor nor color derived from self, God is the author of whatever of either they may manifest, just as the water owes its scent or its hue to the will of him who prepared it.

It is not correct, however, to say that the water, however flavored or however colored, is in itself possessed of these qualities, inasmuch as they are but accidental and impressed upon it from without, and it is its very quality of freedom from taste and color that enables it to exhibit every variety of both. I feel this to be the state of my inmost being; it can no longer distinguish or take knowledge of anything in itself or as belonging to itself, and this constitutes its purity; but it receives everything bestowed upon it, just as it comes, without holding any part of it as for itself.

Should you ask of this water, what are its properties, it would reply that its property is to have none at all. But, you may reply, I have seen you of a red color; I dare say, it would answer, “But I am not, for all that, red. I am not so by nature, nor do I reflect upon what is done with me either in imparting to me flavor or color.”

It is the same with form as with color. As water is fluid and yielding, it instantly and exactly assumes the form of the vessel in which it is placed. – Had it consistence and properties of its own, it could not thus take every form, receive every taste, exhibit every flavor and appear of every hue. (Song of Songs, chapter 8, pages 219-221)

These were the written words of Jeanne Guyon (1648-1717), a devout woman of deep spirituality, who, by her writings, demonstrates the spiritual significance of the seawaters and the river waters of Genesis. She was sent to the Bastille prison for writing the book ‘Song of Songs’, on the subject of the Song of Solomon, from which these words were taken. The rivers and seawaters were separated from the one river, the Pishon, which encompassed the entire Garden, or land of Havilah. The Garden of creation was watered spiritually from above by a God of truth.

The religious, empire-building nations of this world are watered from beneath by satanic, religious spirits. The flavor of the waters is determined by the difference between the nature of man, as a beast in the image of his father the devil, or man, as a living being of creation in the image of the triune God. The first is without understanding and the second, with understanding; one is darkness and the other is light. And so, the waters take on the spiritual flavor, which lines up with the basic nature of man.

How is it that Osama bin Laden of the dark waters of religion has far more understanding than the priesthood of the religious system in America called Christianity? Where is their voice to the nation and why have they not written an open letter to this nation, exposing its dark side of immorality, to awaken her people to the truth of her wicked condition? Could it be that the spiritual waters of Christianity have now become as murky and dark as the spiritual waters of the religious empires? Do their roots, in fact, not go back to Rome, which places them squarely in the heart of the Babylonian System of religious empires? Was Eve not the mother of all harlots, who turned this world into one big, religious boiling pot?

Thank goodness for the mercy of God, the breath of life, and the water from above. He is Jesus who is the way, the truth and the life. He is the living water, and no one can come to the Father except through Him, clothed in His purity and His light. No water could come from a purer source than He is. Why would we choose to replace these pure waters, in order to dwell in the murky waters of darkness, leading to death?

We simply have to confess to being ‘guilty as charged’, for we have no comeback to the charges made by one of the world’s worst criminals, as he continues in death to speak out against the filth of America.
