The United Nations and their So-called Anti-blasphemy Laws
March 21, 2011
The United Nations thinks it can decide for the world that which may or may not be said about false gods and religion worldwide. It is in the process of trying to call truth, blasphemy. It is trying to set itself up as judge over and above the laws concerning our freedom of speech in the nations of America.
The United Nations has a strong representation from Muslim countries. It is being used by Islam to try and impose Sharia law upon the rest of the world by deciding for it that it must enshrine the apostasy of Islam, which, if it were to happen, would memorialize and protect a religion based on torture and killing. As a penalty for those who speak against it, the so-called blasphemer could be incarcerated and even sentenced to death for coming against the lies of Islam.
Let us look at the book of Isaiah, found in its own centuries-old, ancient shrine of the Dead Sea Scrolls, written by the prophet Isaiah under the influence and authorship of the Holy Spirit.
Behold, the nations are as a drop in a bucket, and are counted as the small dust on the balance; look, He lifts up the isles as a very little thing. And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor its beasts sufficient for a burnt offering. All nations before Him are as nothing, and they are counted by Him less than nothing and worthless (Isaiah 40:15-17).
It doesn’t require any degree of intelligence to understand what God thinks about the nations of the world. He looks down from above upon the efforts of man to recreate Babel in the name of the United Nations and He merely laughs at this group of fools of whom He says they are less than nothing and worthless in His eyes. So, why would we, here in America, give any credence whatsoever, to what the United Nations says or thinks? He is God who rules over America, not Allah, or any other false god.
Is it Allah or any other god to whom America looks for ruler-ship over her nation? The United Nations would have us answer “Yes” to that question, but God tells us otherwise, concerning the sharing of His throne with other gods.
To whom then will you liken God? Or what likeness will you compare to Him? The workman molds a graven image, the goldsmith overspreads it with gold, and the silversmith casts silver chains. Whoever is too impoverished for such a contribution chooses a tree that will not rot; he seeks for himself a skillful workman to prepare a carved image that will not totter (Isaiah 40:18-20).
America was founded on the Law of the Ten Commandments, the first of which states that man shall have no other gods before God and he shall not make for himself any carved images (see Exodus 20:3-4). Yet, the United Nations thinks it knows better and has the power to force America to break the first commandment of God to honor the false god, Allah, and the false prophet, Mohammed. Do we listen to the worthless nations or do we listen to God?
Is America prepared to bow to the East on a regular basis or is she going to stand tall as the West? It is difficult to maintain her position of strength in God, when she has a leader who bows to the East, and was raised as the son of a Muslim in the East. It is difficult for America to stand in strength when a government elected by the people refuses to act on behalf of the people and charge this man with treason against their God and their laws.
It is time to wake up and take note of the hour and of the darkness of the times, which threaten to engulf the entire earth. Where are the people of God who were called to be a light? Are they not sleeping in the comfort of religious pews listening to smiley ministers who preach smooth talk, keeping everyone comfortable and drugged by religion? They need to hear the truth of Isaiah, which is as true today as it was yesterday.
Have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in. He brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth useless (Isaiah 40:21-23).
The little men of the United Nations who set themselves up as judges really are nothing more than grasshoppers in the eyes of God. As judges, He makes their judgments useless and worthless in the total scheme of things. All He has to do is blow on them and they will wither and die. These foolish men have God to deal with and He will deal with them.
He will send forth His witnesses to the truth who are in the line and army of David, their father, who defeated the giant of the strong nation of his day, because he knew his power as a young shepherd boy came from God. You, America, can have that same power in God if you only repent of your wicked ways and return to Him. You will have the power to destroy the stronghold of the United Nations and the grip of the vise of Islam with which it is attempting to strangle this land of America.
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. There is no searching of His understanding. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:28-31).
From the beginning, the East has hated the West, for God has shut them out from His people whom He has taken from the East and steadily moved westward. Those of the East cannot have in religion that which He only gives in truth. It was truth they rejected in the beginning, and it is truth they will hate until the end, as nations united under the lie. God’s people will build the wall of truth and never submit to their lies.
“Who raised up one from the east? Who in righteousness called him to His feet? Who gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? Who gave them as the dust to his sword, as driven stubble to his bow? Who pursued them, and passed safely by the way that he had not gone with his feet? Who has performed and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first; and with the last I am He (Isaiah 41:2-4).’”
His name is and always will be the Lord God of Israel; He is not Allah of Islam or any other god of the nations. Your strength, America, comes from Him and not from the United Nations. Perhaps Lou Dobbs has got it right in suggesting it could well be time to bull-doze the United Nations buildings, which are sitting on American ground, and might I add, representing Islam and their terrorist activities on our turf.
Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.” He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall hold them in derision (Psalm 2:1-4).
