Voice of the Kingfisher speaks out …from a different perspective

Early in the morning, Jesus went into the temple, sat down with all the people and taught them.
Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him.
But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more (John 8:3-11).”
These Scriptures of Jesus’ time are the same Scriptures, which apply for today, but how many of our illustrious Pharisees of the religious priesthood of today would dare to hold up such a woman before their church audience without anywhere from 50% to 90% of their congregation getting up and walking away? How can they condemn another for their own sin and then throw the first stone?
Are we not a society now that glamorizes such sin in the media and sees adultery as the first step to moving on with one’s life to the next stage of shedding the first wife or husband, in readiness for the second? The only problem is a judge who clamps down the chains of alimony. Could one even imagine any business discontinuing the employ of a star of the movie industry for advertising purposes because of the act of adultery? Who would be left to do the job? Aren’t most of them at least on husband or wife number two, if not three or four? I lost count with Elizabeth Taylor who was an icon for the advertising pages of business.
But wait, is it not because we have a new set of rules, which have replaced the old – the rules of Secular Humanism written under a new spiritual guidance of the pen? The spirit behind this rule book is the spirit of progressive liberalism, which distances man from God’s rules. If one should tell the truth, one is judged, worthy of political and verbal stoning; but if one lies and covers up the truth, as a hypocrite, then one walks scot-free.
For example, let us take a look at our popular star of the cooking world, Paula Deen, although I must admit I did not know who she was until she became newsworthy in a big way for confessing to having used the ‘N….. word’, long ago in her past. Now, I also have to confess that I was not quite sure which word that was. Was it the slur word or was it just the plain word, Negro, which describes a race of people in the same way as Caucasian?
I really must confess further that it seems logical to me to use the ‘Negro word’ because it sounds quite scientific. But then, such an icon of intellectual and moral authority as Jesse Jackson has taken it upon himself to say “No” to any ‘N….. word’, and “Yes” to Black, which, to me, is a color describing the dark spirit of this world. He has no problem, as well, with using the term Afro-American, which suggests a style of hairdo, of which, in fact, many ‘N….. people’ prefer to rid themselves.
Are we not all just plain Americans, or does Jesse Jackson want to play the race game and segregate Americans by racial description? Could it be that he is a racist, who allows his racism to guide his politics? I wonder how he would feel about a segregated, white American program as a basis for political action.
Back to Paula Deen and the severe judgment of the business world, which has done all but remove her from its pages of advertising. She was used extensively for this purpose, only to be dropped, in keeping with the progressive, liberal spirit, which says it is okay to lie and then cover up the lies, but it is a crime to tell the truth no matter what the truth may be. This has allowed society to verbally stone her by keeping in line with the new doctrines and creeds of Political Correctness, which are being written as I write.
These doctrines will become the law in the coming One World Religion, for which they will be the foundation for its dark side with black rather than white being the appropriate color used to describe them. Hypocrites of a new religious order will judge once again in an attempt to send Jesus and His Word scurrying. And is this not perfectly timed with putting the finishing touches to the new, high place in America called the One World Trade Center? All that is missing is the One World Government, and the One World Order of Satan will be fully in place as the number of man and of the Antichrist (666).
In rejecting Paula Deen, we have a perfect example of the hypocrites coming to the fullness of their time. Paula has been deemed worthy of losing all she has worked for, the entirety of her working years, during which time she delighted millions, apparently, with her recipes and southern-style of cooking. We are told we must forget her past, which includes a culture where slavery ruled the day.
Of course, plantations also dotted the southern countryside, so a theme for a southern party, if she wanted to be honest about history and the plantation style of hospitality, would include Black service. This is a fact, not a slur. Apparently, she chose to have such a party reproducing the southern style of entertaining back on the plantation, which, according to historical fact, calls for a Black presence. I guess a fool could judge her as racist if she acted upon the truth of history, keeping in line with the facts, but then fools rarely have the understanding to see principles; theirs is not the three-dimensional mind.
However, it is another matter for the rest of the hypocritical, progressive, secular humanist society to condemn her on the basis of her being callous and racist for having mentioned the ‘N….. word’. My question to such a group of hypocrites is this: “Before casting the first stone at Paula Deen, take a look into your past, and ask yourself, ‘Did I ever, at anytime, try to make a choice between two different things by saying, “Eeny, meeny, miny moe, catch a n….. by the toe’?” Are you, who condemn her, not every bit as guilty as Paula, for having used the ‘N….. word’ in the past?
Oh dear, it would seem to me that you had better drop your stones of condemnation and walk away from the woman, lest someone turn and throw one at you. And, by the way, would you please close the door after you and not take the name of the Lord in vain, or use that ‘f…. word’ as you go?
