Religious Discernment

How could one describe the term, ‘religious discernment’, and what exactly does it mean? The single most important characteristic a believer is going to need in these final hours, when liberalism will rule over the earth, is religious discernment. Satan is a wily devil, which seeks to deceive and destroy, and all his religious spirits are being unleashed against mankind as the fifth and final world empire is being set in place. It will be the Revived Roman Empire, taking the form of a One World Order. Historically, it points us back to the feet and ten toes of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream statue, in the book of Daniel. When one looks at the political situation, which we are facing in the world today, one cannot ignore the rise of the European Union and its growth into a ten-member state alliance, which is continuing to grow in numbers and broadening its influence over the world. One cannot ignore its military build-up and its determination to remove God from every vestige of the union.
One can only ponder the situation and look to Israel for the pattern. Did the ejection of the ten tribes from the land by God for their rebellion toward Him bear any significance for this union, which also is in rebellion to God? Is the Jewish presence within the Illuminati possibly the tie between the two? Is it possible that the presence of the ten rebellious tribes throughout the world have actually become fodder for Satan’s plans to control the world in pagan religious idolatry? Though such questions arise from nothing but supposition, one must ponder the facts and consider the possibilities, for God has always used His nation Israel for the pattern and the principle, which set the precept in motion. Was the foundation for the union, or the ten toes, put in place some 2,700 years ago, when the Assyrians conquered the northern tribes of Israel, just a few years before God gave the dream of statue to Nebuchadnezzar? Was God making it ready for standing position on the foundation of feet and toes? Bible prophecy always is the starting point for understanding every political problem facing the world today.
So, how do we discern religion, and what does it have to do with the world scene and with us as Canadians? Religion is always found rooted in the lie of the Garden, introduced by Satan into God’s creation. It states that God does not surely mean what His Word says. God had given certain commandments and rules at the time of man’s creation, and though very few, they were the truth of creation. He said that if man were to disobey these rules, his existing state of eternal life would be lost and he would die. Satan, in his wily persuasiveness, said, in so many words, “Come, come, surely God does not really mean you will die. Listen to me! If you come to the knowledge of both good and evil, you can be like the Most High God and rule over your own affairs. Just forsake the truth and set up your own system, for every man’s truth is different, one from the other. Would God be an intolerant God, and ignore our inherent goodness?” Look at good and evil now ruling over America. Can one find decency and truth anymore on television or in the media, or could it be said the evil is like leaven and is completely taking over the affairs of men? “Go inward,” says Satan, “and find your real power from within yourself.” And lo, and behold, Gnosticism was born at the dawn of creation. Herein lies the foundation for religion; it is laid by the systems of man apart from the truth of God. All the religions of the world are rooted in the Garden lie, without exception and including Christianity.
Jesus came, on the contrary, to reiterate the truth of God’s Word from the Garden. His death, at the hands of religious/state compromise, satisfied God’s holiness, which required the blood sacrifice of man’s imperfection in rebellion, so that He could be resurrected in the truth. God, Himself, could provide the only vessel of perfection that might take such an onerous burden for mankind. All that God required of man was to accept, with gratitude, the gift of life, which He was returning to him. It would mean the believer would be required to separate from the world of religion, or idolatry, just as it was required of Enoch, Noah, Abraham, the nation Israel and, finally, the spiritual nation Israel when she emerged, like a butterfly from its cocoon, as the apostolic church. Jesus had railed at the religious leaders, called the Pharisees, and separated His apostles from their religious influence, by setting the apostolic foundation on the truth. There is one and only one truth, and it is the Word of God, of which Jesus was made flesh. It was by the Spirit of the prophetic Word that He was conceived of a virgin. The prophecy of Jesus’ virginal birth points to the virginal church producing sons for God, by a rebirth in the Spirit.
Never believe for a moment that the apostolic church of Jesus Christ has any foundation in Romanism, the source and root of all Christian religions. It was corrupt with pagan idolatry from the day it was conceived, under the leadership of the Roman ruler, Constantine taking the pagan priest of Rome and placing him in a system and hierarchy of priests over his failing Roman Empire. This new system became known as Christianity, taken from the mocking term of Christian that first was used for the believers, in Antioch, a term that was never used by Jesus or any of the apostles when referring to the church. Peter alluded to others using the term for the apostolic church, but he never used it himself. Herein lie the roots of the satanic tie of religion to the satanic empire building states of liberalism. And, true to form, Satan set up his counterfeit church, which stole the name of church that Jesus had given to His apostles. Having done so, he then took the true apostolic church into the captivity of religion, in order to serve his own purposes for controlling man.
Yes, the unholy Roman church was birthed, and we need look only at the unholy priesthood of today, to see what wicked acts it has carried out over the centuries against mankind, and continues to carry out before our very eyes in this age. They may not be acts of burning heretics at the stake, or organizing bloodthirsty crusades, but the priesthood’s homosexual molestation of children in alarming numbers is equally as wicked. And perpetuating the crime is a hierarchy involved in cover-ups that make Watergate look like child’s play. The whole system of the false priesthood of man, mobilizing its cover-ups with legal irregularities and settlements, is doing so to allow the priestly perpetrators of the crimes to walk the streets with judicial immunity from the law. Such immunity from the justice of criminal courts is extended to no other branch of society. This, my friend, is religion functioning as Satan intended, blinding the people from the absurdity of the situation, while choosing to continue to submit to this same priesthood’s controls, in spite of the evil it embraces. Unbelievable as it may seem, parents still entrust their precious little lambs to this extremely dangerous body of self-serving men.
Is this the only religious danger, which mankind must face? The answer is ‘no’. The apostasy of the religious system runs contrary to the truth of the Word, which points us to the only commission given by Jesus to His apostolic church. He said in words such as these, “Go spread the gospel of truth and make disciples of all nations. Go, My apostles and fish for men, taking them out of the sea waters of destruction. I took you from the sea, and I showed you how I walk in authority over the sea. Now, you, My church, do the same thing as I showed you. Step out of the boat, do not look down to see the enemy, and, simply stay focused on Me. I am the Way to the kingdom and to you I give My keys of the kingdom, along with My power of the Spirit to overcome the raging sea, which is about to start raging with religious spiritual upheaval.”
So again, one must reiterate the question as to how one can discern religion? Where there is no focus on the Word or on Jesus, but rather it is replaced with a great deal of talk about beliefs and faith, then one must ask the question, “Belief in what, and faith in what?” How much of the answer has to do with man’s doctrines as opposed to being centered on the Word? Watch for building programs that place the focus on money raising projects. Be careful of national prayer sessions that do not begin with repentance. Is it your will and the ‘gimmes’ for which you pray, or do you pray into the will and heart of God. Israel had a history of calling out in prayer to God, while, at the same time, endorsing sin in the land. Watch out for healing ministries that focus on the healer and the healing of the body, instead of focusing on Jesus’ teachings of truth that bring healing to the soul. Beware of the social gospel that feeds the poor, but does not feed the poor in spirit. Jesus did not go about the countryside with food hampers. He fed the poor in spirit, accusing the religious leaders of thinking themselves to be rich, while, in fact, they were the poor and the blind guides of the blind. Religion causes spiritual blindness, such as Paul the apostle suffered as a Pharisee of Pharisees. Only a confrontation with the Light of the World could cure him.
When you see walls of a religious temple or church surrounding a religious body, run for your very life, for it, more than likely, will trap you. When you see a priestly hierarchy established and elected by man, then watch out, for God’s priesthood is appointed only by Him, and He teaches His priesthood through His Son, not through theological colleges that hand out man-made degrees. Yes, they too could become a priest of God, but if they truly are such, then, like Abraham, they will have to separate from religion. One must be in the freedom of the truth to move as the Spirit leads, which buildings, walls and doctrines inhibit. Jesus taught us how to pray into the will of God, so that we might be free of the sin of rebellion and of the resulting liberalism, that separates us from the Father, and holds back His kingdom reign here on earth as it is in heaven. Pray that God supplies our food, not that we become the social worker who provides the food of this world. Let us rest on Him to do so, by feeding the Word of the gospel to all the world, as we were commanded to do, so that they too might tap into His provision, allowing His grace and His glory to be seen. Beware of fruitless prayer sessions led by man and not by the Spirit, which end in emotional frenzies with none of the power of Jesus in them. Relationship to the Word is the key to power prayer. A prayer closet, joined to the Word, is better than the long prayers of Pharisees. The heart speaks to God long before the tongue. He cares about our hearts, not our flowery, carefully chosen words.
Teaching of the Word is the apostolic way. Religion is the apostate way. Believe what you will, but the truth does not change. There is not a Christian Church, of which the doctrines, the form and the practice have not changed over the years. In most cases, if not all, liberalism, or rebellion to the truth, has grown with denominational Christianity. This, my friend, is religion – unholy, unscriptural and deadly dangerous. He was Judas who thought he could be close to Jesus, so close that he was one of His chosen apostles, and, at the same time, keep up his connection with the religious system. The Judas principle is to come out of her or you will receive of her plagues and you will go down with her. Are you willing to play harlotry to the truth in the same way that Judas did, only to find yourself in bondage on the road leading to the coming One World Religion? This will be the religious group, which will seek to put Jesus to the cross again, by accepting any doctrine, but rejecting that which will be labeled as the ‘narrow’ teaching of Jesus? Are you willing to trade His power for the puny power of this world’s ruler, Satan? Do you really want your strength to be found in the economic, political and religious systems of the world, resting on a foundation of shifting sands? Is it your will to have God and the Bible removed from this land? If not, then let your voice be heard by standing for the truth.
People of God, wake up! Embrace the truth of the apostolic and reject the lies of the apostate. The future of America depends on it. Our heritage began in the liberty that only the truth of the Word could give. It will die in liberalism, which is a result of man’s rebellion to the truth with his roots being found in the lies, leading to apostate religions of Satan. Look at what it is that you are worshiping as a nation. Is it the truth, or is it the lie? Is it good, or has this nation chosen the path of evil, the foundation of the lie and the rebellion of religion as we now embrace almost every religion of the world in place of the truth that we have rejected. You don’t have to accept the lies of liberalism. You have an option, which is to stand on the truth of God. Claim it, and let your voice be heard!
