Make the Bible the Foundation, and God Will Heal the Nation

How can a nation prosper that has had the foundation removed from underneath it? Will the floodwaters not rush in to fill the empty space left beneath, and wash it all away? The Bible teaches an important message on this subject. It is a parable about two foundations:
“But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do the things which I say? Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock. But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great” (Luke 6:46-49).
A newly elected Canadian Prime Minister recently walked to his induction, carrying his own Bible in his hand. He swore upon that Bible to uphold the duties of his office. If he proves not to be a hypocrite, his first duty, above all others, is to the Author of that Bible and the Supreme Ruler over this land. His duty is to God and His truth, making certain that His Word is maintained as the rock foundation of this nation.
Jesus made claims, which fulfilled Bible prophecy. He said that He was the way, the truth, the life, the light of the world, the Word made flesh, the tree of life, the living water, and the rock of our salvation. If He is the Rock, and if He is also the Word of truth, then the foundation of this nation is the rock foundation of the Bible.
It is not only his duty, but it is also the right thing for the Prime Minister to return the Bible to its rightful place as the foundation of our nation. He needs no court approval, nor any approval of the educational system. He simply returns that which belonged to the nation from the first day of Confederation. It has been stolen from its rightful place, in response to unchallenged religious demands, which have no legal basis upon which to stand.
We have allowed men, such as Svend Robinson and Paul Martin, both liars and thieves, to rob this nation in a revolt of liberalism against God. They first stole His ordained institution of marriage, erasing our laws that supported and protected it, by forcing members of parliament to vote against the will of the people who elected them. Such a vote should never have taken place, for it was nothing short of a treasonous act against the heritage of our land, under God’s ruler-ship.
Parliament, responding to Liberal controls and overt bribery, circumvented the due processes of the law to enact legislation by highly unethical parliamentary procedures. A lie, which has no place with the truth, became law. Will the next move of liberalism not be one, which will permit the courts to legislate the Bible out of the nation in the same way that marriage was legislated into oblivion? The very foundation of justice in Canada deems the Bible to be truth. If our foundation is to be restored to its rightful position in the courtrooms and the classrooms of this nation, then such laws could become null and void by the very process in which they came into being.
If the Bible is to be returned to the educational system, in so doing, are any religious freedoms being violated? Absolutely not, for the Bible is self-validating truth, not religion, and its authority is not subject to any legislation of the courts. They have no relevancy in determining the truth; they simply are required to implement it within the boundaries set for the judiciary to interpret and not to legislate laws. Immigrants should not be allowed to set a foot on this soil, seeking citizenship, without first being required to swear on the Bible to uphold our laws as opposed to leading insurrections against them. No man or woman should be deemed suitable to serve as Governor General, under God’s supreme ruler-ship, without first swearing on the Bible. He/she must uphold his/her duty in office to serve in accordance with the will of our Commander-in chief, as opposed to serving in accordance with his/her own will.
It is of no importance to Canadians as to whom this might cause offense. For if it should be offensive to anyone, then that person should live in a country under other laws, which better suit that person’s religious sensibilities. Public prayers should be conducted in the name of God and His Son, and in the name of no other god. God is not a tolerant God, nor does He allow any other gods before Him.
The floods of judgment, which the Bible warns will be among the signs of the coming great tribulation, have begun to move over the lands throughout the world, including Canada. We have seen the great disasters of the tsunami and of New Orleans, but they are just the beginning of sorrows. No nation shall survive the coming judgment, unless built on the rock foundation. America began on this foundation, and because of it, she had the hand of God’s protection over her.
Now is the time for decision. The leaders of this land are within their rights to not only insist, but to act upon returning Bible instruction into the schools, so that a new generation will rise up, which knows God. We are greatly in need of a Godly generation, which will keep the Bible as the foundation of this nation. Then, and only then, will God heal the land.
All the religious, moral conferences going on throughout America are nothing more than that – worthless, religious agendas, having no foundation in the present move of God. It is the truth and only the truth of the Word, the Bible, which will mark His coming move in our land. Again, Jesus told Pilate that He had come into the world to testify to the truth; moral principles and values will only return when men of God stand on the Word and not on religion. We don’t need any more religions running this country; we need less of them. In the same manner as Jesus healed Saul of his blindness, caused by religion, changing him into a new man called Paul, a man of truth and light, so too will the Bible heal the spiritual blindness of Canada.
The maple leaf on the Canadian flag does not suggest that she is one of the empire-building nations of this world; it separates her from all the would-be empires and their kings. Canada is a land set apart, designated for the healing of the nations, as shown by her very insignia of the leaf.
May this new government seize the moment before the gathering storm, to be a light to the world by choosing to stand on a firm foundation! There is none firmer than our Rock of Salvation, the Rock of truth, which is the Bible, bringing healing in its wings.
